Characteristics: FA309LMoT1-1 belongs to ultra-low carbon 24% Cr-13% Ni-2% Mo of stainless steel flux-cored wire, use with gas shield of CO2. Low carbon content reduces the possibility of intergranular corrosion and increases the content of ferrite. When used in welding the first layer surfacing of carbon steel or low alloy steel or dissimilar steel, the tendency of solidification crack is reduced. Used for all-position welding, good welding process performance, stable arc, less splashing, beautiful weld forming. Application: suitable for welding of carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel dissimilar materials, or overlaying welding on stainless steel surfacing layer. |
