Characteristics: FA316LT1-1 is an ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel flux-cored wire with a nominal component 18.5% Cr-12.5% Ni-2.5% Mo, the protection gas is 100% CO2. The weld metal contains a certain amount of Mo, and the anti-corrosion performance of the acetic acid, the sulfurous acid, the phosphoric acid and the salt is good; the weld metal is suitable for all-position welding, the welding process performance is excellent, the arc is stable, the splash is less, and the welding seam is beautiful in shape.
Application: It is applicable to the welding of petrochemical equipment, ocean engineering equipment and the like, such as 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS 316L) and so on.
