Characteristics: FA347T1-1 belongs to stainless steel flux-cored wire with nominal component 19.5%Cr-10%Ni , contains stabilization element Nb (or Nb+Ta)). The protective gas is 100% CO2. It is possible to reduce the precipitation of intergranular chromium carbide by stabilizing elements, so as to improve the resistance to intergranular corrosion. Suitable for all-position welding, good welding process performance, stable arc, less splashing, beautiful weld forming. It should be noted that the crack sensitivity of welds may be greatly increased due to the fact that the dilution of base metal will produce low ferrite or pure Austenite weld metal.
Application: The product can be widely used in welding food machinery, medical device, pressure vessel, petrochemical industry and so on. Such as 07Cr19Ni11Ti (SUS 321), 07Cr18Ni11Nb (SUS 347), etc.
